MARA SPECTACULAR – TWO NIGHTS BY AIR

MASAI MARA SAFARI BY AIR – 3 NIGHTS.

Day 1: When you arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to the Masai Mara. The flight takes around 45 minutes over the scenically beautiful Great Rift Valley. On arrival in the Mara, it’s a short game drive to your chosen camp/lodge, before lunch and time to relax. Head out on a thrilling late-afternoon game drive and return at dusk for chatter around the campfire, before your dinner. Fall asleep to the nighttime chorus of the Masai Mara.

Day 2: Arise early each morning to make the most of your spectacular location. You will have the option of up to three game drives(per full day) within the Masai Mara National Reserve. Dinner/Overnight at a camp/lodge.

Day 3: Depending on your preferences, we have a range of activities to keep you occupied on either side of game viewing. We suggest a magical hot-air balloon safari over the Masai Mara if you’re looking for an unforgettable adventure. 

Please note that a balloon safari is an extra cost. 

Day 4: On your final morning, enjoy breakfast in camp/lodge and some relaxation time before your departure. Transfer to the airstrip to catch your flight out of the Masai Mara. In Nairobi, you may wish to explore the city a little before your international flight home.

BALLOON SAFARIS

Daily departures from the Masai Mara and Amboseli National Park. Take off as the sun rises to drift silently above the grazing game with unique opportunities for photography. An hour or so later, land for a champagne-style breakfast was already set up on the open plains. After breakfast, a game drive en route to the lodge/camp.

It is time to put all your feelings to rest at the one and only Zanzibar Island. The white sand beach, crystal clear water, swimming pools, restaurants, activities, experiences, and the last touch to an unforgettable holiday in Tanzania, East Africa. 

Day 1: Early breakfast, pick-up from South/North Coast holiday home/hotel and depart. The vast plains of Tsavo become visible in the distance, with the rolling Taita Hills on the horizon. Enter Tsavo East National Park at Bachuma Gate. Game drive as you drive to a lodge/camp for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 2: Early breakfast, depart to Amboseli National Park. Join the highway and proceed, the sight of the famous “man eaters of Tsavo” incident where lions attacked the workers building the railway. If the weather is clear you’ll catch sight of the Mount Kilimanjaro ahead, arriving at a camp/lodge for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 3: Early breakfast and morning game drive, depart to Taita Hills Sanctuary, arriving for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive in the sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4: Early breakfast, check-out with a morning game drive. Depart and drop off at Coast beach hotel/ holiday home/ airport.

1 NIGHT - TSAVO EAST ONLY

Day 1: Breakfast at the house/hotel, depart and proceed to Tsavo East National Park. Game drive as you drive to the camp/lodge for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 2: Check-out and breakfast. Depart with a game drive enroute as you exit the National Park to Watamu/Malindi. 

2 NIGHTS – TSAVO EAST ONLY

Day 1: Depart Watamu/Malindi proceed to Tsavo East National Park, arriving at Sala Gate. Game drive to lodge/camp via Galan River arriving by lunch time. Check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Early morning game drive and breakfast back at the lodge/camp. After breakfast, leisure time or a mid-morning game drive. Lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight.

NB: Instead of an early morning game drive and breakfast back at the lodge, a full-day game drive can be requested at the lodge by the driver/guide whereby breakfast is taken at the lodge and then depart with packed lunches to return to the lodge/camp in the late afternoon.

Day 3: Check-out and breakfast at the lodge/camp. Depart with game drive enroute, as you exit the national park to Watamu/Malindi.  

TSAVO EAST AND WEST – 2 NIGHTS

Day 1: Depart Watamu/Malindi and proceed to Tsavo East arriving at Sala Gate at approximately 2hours. Game drive to your lodge/camp via Galana River arriving by lunch time. Lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Breakfast and morning game drive as you depart to Tsavo West National Park. Game drive en-route via mzima springs to arrive to your lodge/camp for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive, returning to the lodge/camp. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Breakfast. Check-out and depart for morning game drive through Tsavo West National Park and with lunch at a restaurant. Depart after lunch for Watamu/Malindi via Kilifi through Mariakani and Kaloleni. Arrive in Watamu/Malindi in late afternoon.

3 DAYS – TSAVO EAST & TAITA HILLS SANCTUARY.

Day 1: After an early breakfast, pick-up from your beach hotel and depart. Drive into Tsavo East National Park for game viewing. Check-in and lunch at Ashnil Aruba lodge. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Ashnil Aruba Lodge on a full board basis.

Day 2: An early breakfast, depart Tsavo East to Taita Hills Sanctuary with game drive enroute. Arriving in time for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive in the sanctuary, returning to the lodge as the sun sets. After dinner set out on a night game drive, this time with an opportunity to view wildlife in their habitat. Overnight at Saltlick Safari lodge/Taita Hills Safari Lodge on a full board basis.

Day 3: After breakfast enjoy a morning game drive in the sanctuary. Depart Taita Hills, drive to Watamu/Malindi for lunch.

NOTE: You can start with Taita Hills which makes it more easier driving back to Watamu.

Day 1: Drive south from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park, with a game drive en route. Weather permitting, the views of Mt. Kilimanjaro will be spectacular. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 2: Amboseli, enjoy morning and afternoon game views. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 3: An early morning game drive before breakfast, then depart for Nairobi. Arriving before

Day 1: Upon arrival in Nairobi, transfer to a hotel. At leisure. Overnight at the hotel on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 2: After breakfast, depart Nairobi and head southeast towards Amboseli National Park. Arriving in time for check-in and lunch. Leisure. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge on a full board basis.

Day 3: After breakfast, morning game drive as you depart for Tsavo West National Park. A zig-zagging road through scrub thorn and acacia leads you into Tsavo West. Game drive en route to your lodge/camp for check-in and lunch. Leisure. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight on a full board basis at a lodge/camp.

Day 4: After breakfast, depart with a game drive en route as you exit the park to Taita Hills Game Sanctuary for check-in and lunch. Leisure. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Saltlick Safari Lodge/Taita Hills Safari Lodge.

Day 5: Morning game drive. Breakfast, depart for your North/South Coast beach hotel by afternoon. 

6 DAYS – NAIROBI/ TSAVO WEST/ TSAVO EAST/ MOMBASA/NAIROBI

Day 1: Transfer from JKIA, to a hotel by a transfer vehicle. Check-in at a hotel in Nairobi.

Day 2: Check-out from Nairobi hotel and depart with a transfer vehicle to SGR Nairobi Terminal. At 8:00am train departs to Mtito Andei terminal arriving at 10:50am. Picked by a 4x4 safari land cruiser transfer to a lodge or camp in Tsavo West National Park. Check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight in the lodge/camp.

Day 3: Full day activities – game drives. Dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge.

Day 4: Check-out, breakfast and depart to Tsavo East National Park. Arriving at a camp/lodge for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge.

Day 5: Full day activities – game drives. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 6: Check-out, breakfast and leave with a game drive enroute as you exit the park. Transfer to your holiday home/hotel/airport.

7 NIGHTS – JKIA/ MASAI MARA/ LAKE NAKURU/ AMBOSELI/ TSAVO EAST.

Day 1: Depart from JKIA to Masai Mara National Reserve arriving in time for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 2: Full day activity – game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp. 

NOTE: Hot air balloon safari is optional. 

Day 3: Check-out, breakfast and depart to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge.

Day 4: Check-out and breakfast. Depart for Amboseli National Park with lunch enroute. Check-in and afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 5: Full day activities – game drives. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 6: Check-out and breakfast. Depart for Tsavo East National Park. Arriving for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 7: Full day activities – game drives. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 8: Check-out and breakfast. Depart for Nairobi by train from Voi Terminal or through Moi International Airport flight to Nairobi. 

8 DAYS – NAIROBI/MASAI MARA/LAKE NAKURU/SAMBURU/OL PEJETA/NAIROBI.

Day 1: Transfer from JKIA to a hotel in Nairobi by a transfer vehicle. Check-in at a hotel on Bed and breakfast basis.

Day 2: Check-out from hotel and depart for masai mara after breakfast. Arriving in time for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge.

Day 3: Full day activity – game drives. Dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge on full board basis.

Day 4: Check-out, breakfast and depart to Lake Nakuru National Park. Arriving for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge.

Day 5: Check-out, breakfast and depart for Samburu National Reserve. Arriving for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge.

Day 6: Full day activity – game drives in the morning and afternoon. Dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge.

Day 7: Check-out, breakfast and depart for Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge on full board basis.

Day 8: Check-out, breakfast and depart for Nairobi. 

9 NIGHTS – NAIROBI/TSAVO EAST/AMBOSELI/L.NAIVASHA/MASAI MARA/L.NAKURU/NAIROBI

Day 1: Transfer JKIA Nairobi to a Hotel by a transfer vehicle. Check-in and leisure.

Day 2: Check-out from hotel and depart with a transfer vehicle to SGR Nairobi Terminal. At 8:00am train depart to Voi terminal at 12:00pm. Transfer by a 4x4 safari land cruiser to a lodge/camp for check-in and lunch in Tsavo East National Park. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 3: Check-out and leave after breakfast to Tsavo West National Park. Arriving for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 4: Check-out and leave after breakfast to Amboseli National Park. Arriving for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge.

Day 5: Full day activities – game drives. Dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge.

Day 6: Check-out and leave after breakfast to Lake Naivasha arriving for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 7: Check-out from Lake Naivasha and depart after breakfast to Masai mara. Check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.

Day 8: Full day activities – game drives. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 9: Check-out after breakfast and depart Masai mam for Lake Nakuru National Park. Arriving for check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.

Day 10: Check-out and leave after breakfast to Nairobi. Either to Hotel or Airport.

5 DAYS SAFARI : TARANGIRE/NGORONGORO/SERENGETI

Day 1: Depart from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full-day game drive in the park known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Dinner and overnight lodge near Tarangire.

Day 2: After breakfast, drive to the Serengeti via the Ngorongoro Highlands. Afternoon game drive enroute to your lodge/camp in central Serengeti. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp in Serengeti.

Day 3: Full day Serengeti National Park. Enjoy a full-day game drive in the vast plains of Serengeti, home to the Big Five and the Great Migration(seasonal). Dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge in Serengeti.

Day 4: Early morning game drive in Serengeti, then proceed to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Optional to visit to Masai Village enroute. Dinner and overnight in a lodge on the Crater rim.

Day 5: Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half day game drive. Explore the World’s largest intact Caldera, rich with wildlife. Return to Arusha in the afternoon.

Day 1: Depending on arrival into Nairobi Airport, transfer to their hotel where you will spend the night on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 2: Depart Nairobi after breakfast, approximately 7:00am. Drive towards Kenya’s highlands and down the rift escarpment. Pass the impressive longonot as you head across the valley to Narok. Arriving the masai mara in time for check-in and lunch. Leisure. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight in a lodge/camp.

Day 3: Early breakfast, depart for a morning game drive returning to camp mid-morning. After lunch. Relax. Evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 4: Depart the Masai mara after breakfast, drive across the vast plains of the Rift Valley arriving at Lake Nakuru midday. Check-in and lunch. Relax. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 5: Early breakfast, proceed to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride. Proceed to Nairobi arriving late morning. Clients will be dropped off in the city Centre/hotel/airport.
